5. Prohibited Claims & Practices
Affiliates may not make false claims, income guarantees, or misrepresentations about Get Biz Credit products or outcomes. Claims must be truthful, provable, and aligned with official marketing language provided by Get Biz Credit.
6. Legal Compliance & Monitoring
Affiliates must comply with all local, state, and federal laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR (if applicable), and FTC disclosure requirements. Get Biz Credit reserves the right to monitor, audit, and request the removal of non-compliant content.
7. Updates and Modifications
Get Biz Credit may update this policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or dashboard. Continued participation in the program implies acceptance of the revised terms.
